Aieee 2009 AIR 1-500 Scholarship

NITs have initiated a scheme to recognize and reward the meritorious talents amongst the youth more so in technical education. Due to the drift in the spirits of the flying and soaring career outages as provided by the newly founded various deemed universities. Hopefully it would sound an offer bit too low and late with the full-fledgling growth of the IIITs making the much destined destination drive for the present day generation youth. However, the scheme aims AT nurturing the fledgling engineers,with proven intellectual capabilities so as to prepare them to be proactive and shoulder the challenging roles in the overall growth and development of the nation.

A merit fellowship of 25,000 rupees has been instituted for those who secure high ranks in the range of 1-500 as their AIR within the AIEEE exams. The only condition being the rank holders of this high esteem category must take admisssion in the NITs.


The question very obviously to arise would be how many can really afford not to achieve a good rank in the IIT-JEE exams or other board exams especially the ones of the accord of BITS Pilani et al.

Would this affection bestowed upon the toppers list of the one of the largest scale examination in the Indian engineer's aspiring emotions go in vain.
